Really?? I mean, it's still just February. Spring is a long way off, but by my back steps those little green shoots are coming up out of the ground and growing every day. I can't believe Easter Lilies are starting to grow. I am afraid they are going to FREEZE and then I won't have any Easter Lilies when Easter really does roll around.
We are still having a VERY mild winter here in Central Missouri. Chance of some rain mixed with snow for tomorrow night, but for Missouri in February that is NOT a big deal.
We have been so blessed with this mild, mild weather. Thinking (and hoping) that maybe that old groundhog was WRONG!!!!!

ReplyDeleteIt's been gorgeous here...low 60's today. The weeds are popping and I started taking my allergy meds 3 days ago. Usually wait until March! Due to crutches for another month, I'm not pleased to see this weather yet! Supposed to be cold and rainy while I'm indoors!
ReplyDeleteI'm lovin' this weather here in mid-MO. I don't mean to be pessimistic, but I can't help wondering if this trend keeps up what the summer will be like. Or how hot. It would be great to have a mild summer with no severe storms!
